passed HJR 12 am with the following amendment and it is transmitted

SENATE CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 12(RES)                              
Urging the Secretary of the Interior to conduct competitive oil and           
gas lease sales within the National Petroleum Reserve in Alaska.
